Email Help
Accessing your Green Bay Net Email is a simple process:
Utilize Green Bay Net WebMail
- Visit our Home Page http://www.greenbaynet.com
- Log on to your email account by entering your username (the first part of your email address before the @ symbol) and password
- View, send, receive, and organize your email messages
Use 3rd party software to access your email over IMAP (or POP)
Email Software such as Windows Mail/Outlook Express and Mozilla Thunderbird can be used to download your email to your PC, however Green Bay Net does not recommend them for average users. Server settings are listed below:
- Incoming Mail
- mail.greenbaynet.com
- Outgoing Mail
- smtp.greenbaynet.com
- Secure IMAP4 (best choice)
- Port 993
- Secure POP3
- Port 995
Unencrypted IMAP and POP3 are also available on ports 143 and 110, respectively, but these are obsolete and not recommended.
Note: You must authenticate using a username and password to send email. Failure to do so will likely result in your messages being tagged as "SPAM"
